What they needed
The H-E-B Center hosted a pre-game party on its front lawn before the 2026 U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame Game between Michigan State and North Dakota. The lawn is a great space for a crowd, but it has no restrooms. They needed restrooms right where fans were gathering before the game.
The trailer we used and why
We brought out our 4-Station Community Restroom Trailer. The men’s side has a private toilet, a urinal and a sink. The women’s side has two private stalls and a sink, which keeps lines moving.
To be upfront, for a crowd of 400+ we’d normally recommend a larger trailer or more than one unit. This party was only three hours long, so we were confident the 4-station community could handle it. It did.
Setup and service
We delivered the trailer on Friday, the day before the game, and set it up on the lawn near the party area. There was no power or water hookup at that spot, so we ran the trailer on our generator and its onboard fresh water tank.
Over three hours with 400+ guests, the trailer used about 70 gallons of its 100-gallon tank, roughly 70% of its capacity. No service was needed during the event. That’s a useful number if you’re planning an event with no water hookup: about 70 gallons for 400 guests over three hours. For a longer event we’d plan for more water ahead of time.
We picked the trailer up on Sunday. Drop-off and pickup were quick and easy on both ends.
The result
The pre-game party went smoothly. This was our first time working with the H-E-B Center, and after the event the client texted to thank us and said he’d reach out for future events.
