I just used Platinum Potty Rentals for an event I planned and was really impressed by the service I received. Kiran was quick to respond, professional and made sure everything went smoothly. He was very informative during the booking process and always available for questions. Set up was a breeze with him even though we were a bit particular about every thing. He was happy to adjust a foot here and 6 inches there, all with a smile and “of course we can” attitude. He stayed in contact with me throughout the event as well; checking in and even popped back by to adjust for us again.
As an event planner I know how hard it is to find communicative and caring vendor partners. I will be using them again! You can tell that Kiran cares a lot about the overall experience. Oh and I should mention that the trailer itself was beautifully maintained and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you guys!!
These were the best toilets that we’ve ever used at an event! They were air conditioned, had the ability to be heated, they were clean and very nice everyone at our event loved them. The service was amazing, the people were absolutely easy to work with and kind.
My company hosted a party with 150+ attendees and a company retreat immediately after. We are based 45 minutes outside of Austin, so when I was tasked with finding a luxury restroom rental service — I was a little nervous. Kiran & Paige have truly gone above and beyond with over delivering. The communication has been flawless, which helped making the pickup / drop off situation seamless. We have RV hookups on the property which Kiran & Paige were able to accommodate. When I asked for fresh flowers, there was no hesitation & the bouquets lasted almost a week. We had to turn the lights off in the evening, and thanks to the instructions on the keys — my boss was able to do this without me or any employee present. Very professional, spotless, and surprisingly not smelly! Was even offered a partial refund because our tank wasn’t all the way full. We will definitely be utilizing their services again. Thank you for making our corporate event in the middle of nowhere a little more luxurious (and stress free!)

Platinum Potty was an absolute lifesaver during our restaurant renovation! We needed a temporary restroom for our customers, and they came through with the perfect solution.
