Frequently Asked Questions

General Questions

What is a restroom trailer?

A restroom trailer is a mobile bathroom designed to bring the comfort of an indoor restroom to any outdoor location. They have air conditioning, flushing toilets, running water sinks, mirrors, lighting, and finished interiors. Restroom trailers provide a comfortable and clean experience for their users, similar to a traditional bathroom in a home or hotel. If you’re hosting an event or managing a project where comfort and cleanliness matter, a restroom trailer offers a huge upgrade over standard porta potties and ensures your guests or team are well taken care of.

Who typically rents restroom trailers?

Our restroom trailers are popular for weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private parties. We also supply long-term rentals for facilities that need additional restrooms, or businesses that are undergoing remodels or construction projects. If you have guests or employees who expect comfort, a restroom trailer is the ideal solution.

What is included with a restroom trailer rental?

All of our rentals come fully equipped and ready to use. Each trailer is stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap before delivery. We provide all necessary extension cords and water hoses, and if your location doesn’t have access to water or electricity, we can supply a generator and water delivery as well. Delivery, set up, and pick up are all handled by our team, so you don’t have to lift a finger. Our trailers feature climate control, flushing toilets, sinks with running water, floating mirrors, and LED lighting on the interior and exterior.

Logistics & Requirements

What size trailer do I need?

We will guide you on the correct size trailer for your situation. Factors we consider are guest count and if the trailer will be the primary restroom.

Check out our restroom trailer pages for more info on our available trailers.

Do restroom trailers require water and power? What if my location doesn’t have either?

Our trailers can connect to on-site utilities, but they can also operate fully self-contained. If your location doesn’t have water or power, we supply water via our onboard tanks and supply electricity through our generators. We provide you with everything you may need including extension cords, hoses, water, and generators.

Can a restroom trailer be used in remote areas?

Yes! Our trailers are designed for both urban and remote settings. With water onboard and our generators, we can set up almost anywhere.

How is the trailer delivered and set up?

We deliver the trailer to your location, position it, level it, and get it fully operational. Our team makes sure everything is working perfectly before we leave. After your event, we return to handle pickup.

We recommend having someone on-site during delivery to help guide trailer placement. If that’s not possible, please provide us with instructions on your ideal trailer placement location.

How do I choose a trailer placement location?

Choose a flat, level surface with enough space for the trailer and our delivery truck to access it. Ideally, the area should be on solid ground such as pavement, gravel, or firm grass. The trailers are approximately 12′ tall, so a minimum of 12′ clearance is required. If possible, pick a spot near water and power connections (if available), and make sure there’s room for guests to easily access the trailer.

Additional things to keep in mind:

  • Our trailers are 12 feet tall, so be mindful of tree branches, low wires, or other overhanging obstacles that are in the path between the road and the trailer placement location.
  • The restroom doors are on the passenger side of the trailer, so placement should allow for easy entry and exit.
  • The placement location must be accessible by pickup truck, as that’s how we deliver and position the unit.

How big are the trailers?

Our trailers vary in length between 12-20 ft, and they have a width and height of approximately 12 ft.

Check out our restroom trailer pages for the individual dimensions of each trailer.

For multi-day events or long-term rentals, we offer scheduled servicing to empty the tanks as often as needed. If your event usage is higher than expected, we can also provide an emergency pump-out for an additional fee.
